The apartment is exactly as seen in the images. This is a semi- basement studio apartment without a balcony and a singular window that does not offer a view. However, the residence is fully and elegantly renovated, offering a comfortable environment for relaxation. Special attention has been given to the lighting set-up and type in the apartment, providing a very bright space without causing discomfort, and making amends for the lack of natural light.

It is important to note that mobile reception within the residence is not ideal due to its semi-underground location. Proximity to the window though or stepping onto the terrace enhances signal strength.
