The flat is exactly as seen in the photos. It is a 5th floor studio with its own private balcony where you can relax while having drinks or sipping your morning coffee. It has been fully renovated very beautifully and is indeed a very comfortable place to live in and relax.

A thing to note is that the washing machine is located outdoors, at the covered spot of the balcony.

We also want to highlight that the elevator/lift only goes up to the fourth floor; therefore, you will need to use the stairs to go up one more floor.
